Description
It would be great to have a full-length vertical line during note onset/offset edit.
The reason is that I'd want to compare my note start/end to the waveform and/or the spectrogram.

- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 70
This now happens not only when moving but whenever a note is highlighted (illuminated), i.e. when the curser is somewhere in its duration.
Maybe this needs some testing, but I think it's progress.
