Description
I'm going through a process of opening each of 45 WAV files, annotating, then exporting the CSV annotation. Every time I do Export Annotation Layer, it defaults to exporting .svl and I have to change to .csv. It should remember the filetype that you last exported (during this session, or for this particular layer, since I don't zap the layer but empty and reuse it).
(BTW, off-topic but the "Replace Main Audio" menu item is really good for this workflow.)

Well, this is sort-of fixed in 901b6c262d13. It works, but unfortunately the file dialog (at least under Linux) is not updating the file format option menu properly to show the selected file extension. So if you just type "filename" it will add the .csv for you, but the menu is still showing .svl as the default type -- I don't know why, because the documentation (for selectNameFilter()) suggests it should work fine.
