Author search searches by email, when it probably shouldn't

Description
When adding an author to a publication, the text you enter in the Name field is used as a search term against the email field as well as name. This leads to undesirable behaviour such as the letters "ac" matching everyone with a UK academic email address.
Probably it should search name fields only.
Related to #576 "Search by name" actually searches by email address.
