Changing author does not change associated user (new bib interface)

Description
In the "new bibliography interface":
- Add an author by searching for and selecting an author that is associated with a site user
- Click "Edit author", verify that the association with a site user is shown
- While in edit mode, enter a new search string in the Name field and select a different author from the dropdown
- Click "Edit author" again
- Observe that the authorship is still associated with the first user
