Description

We need to be able to do incremental updates to the local Hg repository from an existing external repository (in Hg, SVN, Git, or whatever).

(This is necessary for AIM-C and probably desirable for CAMEL for example).

Probably in the Repository tab of the project settings, the user should be offered a choice of using the local repository or tracking an external one with a read-only local copy. (Or neither, by disabling the repository.)
