Description
In order to fix Bug #599 I commented some the code that was adding the redmine tags code to the relevant Issue views (see 6e033c113bd4).
A more permanent solution should be found - either by removing the unnecessary code or by adding a on/off checkbox on the plugin configuration panel, so that individual modules can be enabled/disabled.
