No way to query for recently-added publications

Description
I'd like to be able to query for publications added since a certain date, but there doesn't seem to be any added date or updated date in the db for publications...
(Might be effectively a duplicate of #540).

Added timestamps to the publications table - see b6f7225bf954. Already merged to the luisf branch.
