The title on each author in the Authors list of the new/edit publication page is always "First Author".

I've (temporarily?) removed the first/second/etc author headings in 70c163e49aea, reducing the priority of this bug.
It actually seems like quite a tricky problem to me -- particularly the detail that the "second author" would need to be renamed to "first author" if the first author was deleted! Perhaps calls for a Javascript which sweeps through the authors setting all their labels appropriately, and which is called after any change to authors. Ew.
