Description
If you create a new publication and add one or more authors, but then hit Save without remembering to supply a title or publication type, the editable fields for all of the authors are visible when the page comes back to display the error.

Furthermore, the Save button doesn't appear to do anything when you try to resubmit the form! (I mean the Save button for the whole publication, not just one author.) It doesn't seem to be possible to correct your error and resubmit! It behaves as if the version of the page that comes back with the error in it is not actually a valid HTML form at all.
(This only happens if you have added at least one author before your erroneous submission -- if you just try to submit an empty form, it comes back as a working form. It is repeatable though -- I thought I was going crazy at first.)
