window resize "corner" missing on OSX 10.6

Description
I just downloaded the latest SV build (as documented in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojtkaoV0N48) and found that I could not resize the window because the resize corner was missing (not directly documented, cut that bit from the video :) ).

I'm assuming this is obsolete, simply because I haven't had any problems resizing a SV window in OS/X lately myself...
