Description
When I add a publication, the Add Publication page comes up with no authors and with no author edit fields visible. However, the link to add an author says "Add another author" as if there was an author present already.

- Status changed from New to Closed
Now it always says "Add an author" -- this seems less incongruous to me and saves us having to change the text depending on state.
