Allow the user to export the BibTeX entries associated with a project as a .bib file.

(or is it a different thing to export the entire bibliography for a project? I think perhaps that's not so high priority)

I think the initial idea was to be able to download a list of publications associated with a project as a separate text file.
Users can already copy the bibtex entries quite easily, so I guess we can safely close this issue.
