Description
e.g.:
leave in / only files that users would go to (e.g.: index.html, test_base.php etc)
move other php files in /php
create /saves/intermediate for intermediate saves
move js in /js
css in ./css
etc...

Agreed. I will wait until we have merged things to ensure files are merged correctly.
