Remove/replace file names in panes

Description
Since we only ever open one audio file at a time, we don't need the file names in the panes.
In the selection pane we could instead write "Selection"
Chris, if you give me a lil hint where to search, I will do this.

The first step turned out to be easy. The file names are now off.
I haven't figured out how to add a particular name like "selection" to the selection strip. First time users might find that helpful, but maybe they'll find out anyway.
