Show "personal" and "public" repo URLs in checkout plugin area

Description
When a user is logged in and browsing their own project's repo, it might be good to show their "personal" checkout URL (with their username in it) as well as the general checkout URL.
Or perhaps only the personal one? That's probably doable with a bit of config using just the current code.
Thoughts invited.
