Description
On http://rrr.soundsoftware.ac.uk/rrr/node/add/biblio there's a sort of table for adding authors. The "Name" field though is about 8 millimetres wide.
(Also I can see a circle or maybe a search-icon in the box but I've no idea what it does - maybe it's more obvious when the box is wider)

I moved the "Add resources" link on top and left more space for editing authors information, which has solved the bug for me. However, this needs testing with different browsers/os
