Cannot add tags with spaces in them

Description
Tags can have spaces in them, and some reasonably well-used ones do (e.g. music representation). And it's possible to add an existing tag with a space in it. But the new tag-adding interface doesn't allow you to type a space, so you can't create a new tag with a space in it...
