Description
Related to Issue #1503: making this a separate report instead of just a comment.
I was thinking the terminology is a bit flawed and confusing when calling the pre- and post-'audioholder' surveys 'pretest' and 'posttest' (except the capitalisation problem). Would make sense and be in line with the manual if this were 'prepage' and 'postpage'.
I'm trying to use 'test' for a whole test (potentially containing several pages) and 'page' for a single page consisting of one audioholder.

Will do in the new specification, would really like to clean this up as a Survey node with location attribute as pre/post OR before/after options (both enumerate to the same value) so pre==before and post==after

and <postTest> are now both <survey> with the attribute location which can be 'pre', 'before', 'post' or 'after'. pre == before and post == after.
