Volume slider/knob that can be tracked

Description
To allow for tracking of listening level, add a slider that changes the total gain as an interface element. That way, someone could set up the test with a calibrated level, while allowing the subject to change the volume and tracking these volume changes.

Implemented in dev_main. Use <interfaceoption type="show" name="volume"/> in your <interface> node to show. All our included interfaces show this in the top left of the window.
