Pre-test questions: buttons should be 'Next' and 'Start test', not 'Submit'

Description
As pointed out by a subject: it's perhaps confusing that the pre-test questions have 'submit' on them. 'Start test' would be better there.

The last option of the pre-test node should say 'Start' not submit.
