Description
Currently the Help link goes straight to a Redmine guide page which is not very useful for general users. We need at least one soundsoftware-specific help page.

Help URL is adjustable in lib/redmine/info.rb. Have set it to a Wiki page for the moment (though not actually put anything useful in the page!)
