h1. Autumn School 2010 - draft mail to attendees
Thank you for confirming your attendance at the SoundSoftware.ac.uk UK Autumn School 2010.
The school will be held at SOAS in Russell Square, London (http://www.soas.ac.uk/) from Monday to Friday 1-5 November.
The class will be from 9.30am to 4.30pm, with the exception of Monday morning when we will start at the later time of 10.30am, and Friday afternoon when we will end at 4pm. Lunch and coffee will be provided on-site.
We would like you to bring a laptop computer with you if at all possible. If you don't have one, please speak to your supervisor or line manager in the first instance to see whether one might be made available. If you cannot obtain one, please let us know. Any operating system / platform (Windows, OS/X, Linux) should be fine.
[For people offered accommodation: Accommodation will be close to the venue; further details of the venue and accommodation will follow later. Please let us know whether you intend to arrive on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning.]
