Overview
AccessibleSpectrumAnalyser is an audio plug-in that makes frequency spectrums
graphs accessible to visually impaired people.
It uses real-time sonification to deliver information to the user
about peaks in the energy of the frequencies of audio signals, and so supports core
activities in audio production.
It was developed in 2016 at Queen Mary University of London by Fiore Martin, Oussama Metatla, Nick Bryan-Kinns and Tony Stockman.
Funded by Centre for Digital Music platform grant, EPSRC grant EP/K009559/1.
