Delete pitches in time-frequency region

Description
It would be helpful to be able to delete all pitches in a time/frequency region, as opposed to just time regions. (For example, if there are lots of low frequency "bloops" but only one frame at a time)
Interaction behavior could be:- Shift click drag to select time frequency box
- on release of the mouse, a black box surrounds the region
- user can adjust the region
- command + delete removes all pitches within the box.
Related to Feature 924 https://code.soundsoftware.ac.uk/issues/924.
The interaction for these two could be identical, the only difference being Command+Return shows pitches for one, where Command+Delete removes pitches. I think this would be a nice tie in with the region selection interaction where you can delete or show pitch candidates as well.
