Description
Does the Vamp spec declare whether timestamps in FixedSampleRate or VariableSampleRate mode are allowed to go backwards? If it doesn't, we should include a cruel test in which they do so, to make sure hosts can handle it.

Answer: the specs are silent, which means they are allowed to. But we don't have a test for it yet.
