Description
A number of users have reported that sizeable downloads (e.g. Sonic Visualiser) releases are timing out, leaving incomplete files. See for example https://twitter.com/jeremywen/status/363454804669890561 or possibly this comment https://sourceforge.net/p/sv1/bugs/183/#73a4/2d08
