Commit dialog box and removed files

Description
When you remove a tracked file for the next commit, the file still appears as if it was to be pushed in the Commit dialog box (although it is going to be deleted from the tracked file). This is a bit confusing. May be "(removed)" or something like that could be added after the names of the removed files.
