SV still affected by exploding LADSPAs

Description
SV is reasonably immune, we think, to exploding Vamp plugins now. But LADSPAs seem to be still a problem. Or at least, on the Win32 test machine here, I'm still getting warning dialogs about missing DLLs for LADSPA plugins...
