Description
It might be nice to have a special project which every new member becomes automatically a member of, which can be used for "feature requests" or ideas & discussions about things that do not yet exist. e.g. I read about so-and-so's algorithm in his paper from 1998 but I can't find the code anywhere, can anyone help?; or, I have this code that doesn't really work and I don't know what to do with it. "Programmer wanted."
