Clicking 'Submit' after survey doesn't submit results

Description
Not exactly a bug, but after finishing the survey and clicking 'Submit' there, it would be interesting to be able to save the results again if the results weren't saved properly first. Right now it just gives an error clicking this one.
If the survey entries could be stored somehow (so that clicking 'Submit' in an emergency actually still stores the survey results) would be useful too.
