Playhead in aligned track does not reflect actual play position

Description
- Load two audio files
- Hit Align button to switch on alignment
- Play the second (non-reference) file
- Observe that the playhead does not follow the actual playback position in that file; instead it follows the alignment with the reference file which is then aligned back again (this is most noticeable if the alignment is not very good)
- Hit Align button to switch alignment off again
- Play the second file again
- Observe that the playhead is still using the alignment even though alignment has now been switched off
