pYIN — pitch and note tracking in monophonic audio

We've got the slightly odd situation of having a v1.1 tag, but the version number within the code has not been changed.

That should be addressed, especially if we want to release v1.1 soon (close to the Tony release).

Does this require a change in Tony?
