Description
A number of projects would be much happier if it were possible to do even minimal re-theming of project pages. For example, changing the background/text/highlight etc colour scheme, uploading a project logo, changing the boxes present on the project homepage (somewhat akin to the "My Page" arrangement) etc
Redmine of course supports multiple themes, but they're currently on a per-user basis (and we only have one activated, intentionally) rather than per-project (which would seem like an insane idea in many Redmine deployment situations!)
