Things to put in settings¶

• Whether to show icons, text, or icons+text (default) in toolbars

• Whether to show long descriptions after Modified:, Untracked: etc

• Hg executable path

• Preferred external diff (and merge, and edit for .hgignore) binary path

• Preferred external editor binary path

• Whether to use keyring extension?

• User name and email address (stuff in startup dialog)

• Layout -- tabbed or side-by-side
