h1. Things to put in settings
* Whether to show icons, text, or icons+text (default) in toolbars
* Whether to show long descriptions after Modified:, Untracked: etc
* Hg executable path
* Preferred external diff (and merge, and edit -- for .hgignore) merge) binary path
* Preferred external editor binary path
* Whether to use keyring extension?
* User name and email address (stuff in startup dialog)
* Layout -- tabbed or side-by-side
