Synthetic test material

Sinusoid at fs/4

In Yeti terms:

testStream = manipulate.withDuration 64 (syn.sinusoid 8 2);
cq = cqt { maxFreq = testStream.sampleRate/2, minFreq = 1, binsPerOctave = 4 } testStream;
