Updated GTZAN index¶

We include jointly with the code a version of the GTZAN INDEX curated by Sturm at the time of publication of the relevant article. This intends to guarantee that the reader will always have access to the same information used when conducting the experiments, even if the index is updated further or moved to a different location.
