Tuning frequency detector produces a different result if I resample the audio first

Description
I get a different result if I run the tuning frequency detector on audio at 48kHz from the one I get if I resample the audio to 44.1kHz first. Host is Sonic Annotator in both cases.
(The result differs by a value some way distant from the ratio 48/44.1)
