Markers outside window if not yet played - drag in instead of random initial positions

Description
Instead of giving the markers random initial positions, it would be good to have them outside of the window, not influencing the rating process in any way. A good start would be to grey them out (a negative side effect could be that once everything is green, people feel like they're finished, assessing the fragments less thoroughly)
