APE Perceptual Evaluation

Perhaps the colour of the marker should change from red to something else when playback stops. However, it shouldn't go back to green, as the different colour helps remind which marker was playing (you may be listening with eyes closed, or for another reason forget which file was playing, and rate/comment incorrectly)
