Description
When a user tries to search for an author and does not find it, it will still be submitted as such.

- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Priority changed from Urgent to Normal
The identify_author variable now defaults to "no" (e918338dedfc). Nevertheless this should also be addressed in the authorships model.
