Rename accordingly to names based on StringExport. Take advantage of this in the CSV writer code so as to properly quote cells that contain delimiter characters. sensible-delimited-data-strings

Useful for building other abstractions like PlayParameter-type registrations that don't know about e.g. Models. Probably some more tweaking needed. Also add tests by-id
