- added units
* adaptiveEqualizer
* applyMfccMeanAdaption
- added corresponding data files for presets
- modified applyImpulseReponse to use the estimated average group delay to adjust
the output audio and keep the timestamps as is (was vice versa before)
- added new units demos, incl one for applyLowpass
