Better/worse? Strongly needs a kalmanfilter: the getNow() method gets worse with time

Initial commit, a stand-alone app which follows the PTP paradigm, but with less verbosity. Measures local time offset between a master and a slave. TODO: everything. \n*Turn this into a plugin that sends the sync message synced to the audio clock (e.g.: using Juce::WaitableEvent, or (VERY BAD) sending from the audio thread. \n*Turn the receiver into a xenomai thread that runs often enough; apply non-linear filtering to discard out of range sync messages and all sort of clever stuff.
