Description
The difference between the two is not obvious from the docs, neither it is always clear from the example code.
As a result, people tend to use digitalWriteFrame() on a sample-by-sample basis, causing high CPU load.
I would suggest renaming digitalWriteFrameOnce to digitalWriteFrame (to make it equivalent to analogWriteFrame/audioWriteFrame), and renaming the current digitalWriteFrame to digitalWriteFramePersist
