`cd ~
ssh root@192.168.7.2 "cd /usr/; tar -zcvf ~/xenomai.tar.gz xenomai"
rsync -avz --remove-source-files bbb:xenomai.tar.gz .
cd /usr/local/linaro/arm-linux-gnueabihf/include/
sudo tar -xvf ~/xenomai.tar.gz
rm ~/xenomai.tar.gz`
'bbb:xenomai.tar.gz' assumes you have nicknamed your device bbb, right?

Yes, it does assume that.
I fixed it for you, replacing bbb with root@192.168.7.2 for consistency with the rest of the docs.
Although I must say that:
- root@192.168.7.2 assumes that you are using the default IP address, therefore 'bbb' is more generic
- you are strongly encouraged to have your own ~/.ssh/config file with an entry 'bbb', because that makes everything easier
