TestBedD4 - Critical Reynolds number Q calculation bypassed as believe there is not enough data to accurately replicate this. Also only for reynolds numbers > 140000 and it is rare to be operating in this region.

Sword model - Calculated bases for the plane of the sword, the projection matrix and the position of the observer projected onto this plane. Then can calculate the elevation and the azimuth between source and observer.

Wind - TI Model just doesn't seem to add much according to Norberg 1989. Removed.
