* Put hostext stuff in the HostExt sub-namespace
* Tidy up system-specific stuff in PluginLoader
* Make PluginLoader return a deletion-notifying wrapper which permits the

* Make vamp-simple-host use PluginChannelAdapter, and use the PluginLoader
