* Pull peak-picker out of SpectrumLayer and into FFTModel; use combined
  peak-picker and frequency estimator for SpectrogramLayer (makes the
  peak frequency spectrogram a bit quicker)
* Add more information to spectrum and spectrogram crosshairs
