* Add BZipFileDevice to handle bzip2 compress/uncompress without all that
  ugly code in MainWindow.cpp
* Remove all that ugly code in MainWindow.cpp and replace with uses of
  BZipFileDevice
* Fix layer import/export for SV XML layers
* and a few other minor fixes
